This is a series which combines power with nostalgia. In this series there will be two championships; Group 1 and Group 2, each of which have two available cars.
There will be three 15-minute races at each venue with qualifying for the first one. There will be seven venues; five 'real world' and two 'original'. All of which will be supposedly staged in the USA.
Cars:
Group 1:
Dodge Challenger R/T Race Car '70
Group 2:
Plymouth AAR Cuda 340 Six Barrel '70
Chevrolet Nova SS '70
Wheels must set to American Racing VINTAGE TORQ THRUST at standard size.
Number must be:
• Base: Normal
• Typeface: C
Banned and mandatory parts:
• All cars must use Sports Soft tyres.
• Nitrous is not permitted.
There will be a pre-season round held at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. There will be one 20-minute race here. The objective is a meet-and-greet for drivers and a testing session to get a feel for the cars in competition.

If a steward is involved in an incident, they must not be included in the outcome decision-making.
You will be given a certain amount of time to appeal a penalty to a steward. Appeals must be made over PM on GTplanet.
You will receive a warning if the stewards feel your driving was not up to standard but was not severe enough to earn a penalty.
You will receive a reprimand, in many ways. One - after two warnings are received in one race. Two - if your driving is considered to be malicious or unfair for others. Three - if you use chat during a race.
You will be banned for one race meeting if you manage to acquire 3 reprimands over the season.
You will then be banned for a whole season if you manage to aquire 6 reprimands over the season.
You can be kicked from the series if you yet earn another reprimand after being banned for a whole season (7 reprimands). Because, after 6 reprimands you should have learned to behave fairly on and off-track by then, and I will not put up with these kind of people.
Driving aids: All are prohibited except from Driving Line and ABS.

Boost: Off
Penalties: None
Tyre/Fuel Consumption: Fast
Grip reduction on track edge/wet track: Real
Race finish delay: 60-seconds (you will not be classified if you do not manage to finish).
Visible damage: On
Mechanical damage: Off
Slipstrean strength: Real
Three 15-minute races each week. 7 rounds over 7 weeks. Drivers', Teams' and Independents' Championships.
• Spec Checks and Qualifying for Group 1 (6:50pm UK) - A 10-minute Qualifier, run as 'Race Together' from 'Pit Start'. Spec Checks will be done by all stewards in the room, any driver breaching rules will be sent to the back of the grid.
• Group 1 Race 1 (7:05pm UK approx.) - Race 1 grid will be determined by qualifying. Drivers must adhere to on-track rules at all times during this session. The race will last 15 minutes approx.
• Group 1 Race 2 (7:25pm UK approx.) - Race 2 grid will be determined by reversed grid of race 1 results. Drivers must adhere to on-track rules at all times during this session. The race will last 15 minutes approx.
• Spec Checks and Qualifying for Group 2 (7:45pm UK approx) - An 8-minute qualifier run as 'Race Together' from 'Pit Start'. Spec Checks will be done by all stewards in the room, any driver breaching rules will be sent to the back of the grid.
• Group 2 Race (7:53pm UK approx.) - Race grid will be determined by qualifying. Drivers must adhere to on-track rules at all times during this session. The race will last 15 minutes approx.
Races will not be stopped for one person's disconnection or accidental quitting of the session. Not even if it is the host.
Mandatory pit-stops. Please adhere the rule that you must pit at least once in every race. Make sure you pit entry and exit lines are acceptable. Do not cause irradical incidents with other drivers coming in or out of the pits.
2 wheels on track at all times. Track limits are the most basic of racing rules, do not have all 4 wheels cross a white track limit line. This must be follow at all times. Only is it acceptable to cross the white lines is if the racing line requires you to do so, like the final turn at Trial Mountain. Two wheels on the kerb is acceptable.
You are not allowed to purposely retire or "rage quit" from Races 1 & 2.
Use of the chat box or mic during qualifying or races is strictly prohibited and will be penalised.

By signing up you agree to adhere to all of the rules shown on this thread and on any links included on the thread.
Stewards are M_A_B_96 and (TBA - apply within). Please PM the stewards via GTPlanet and/or PSN regarding incidents. Please do not publicly reveal incidents with other driver(s) who may not be involved.
