UT oH!!! I just got 4 xbox360 games for free!!!!!

Yeah thats right. For those that have been paying attention, I have been planning on getting the 360 on July 28th.
Well I brought back about 28 PS2 and xbox games tonight and guess what?? Yeah I got $180.00 in value for bringing those games back!!! So with that said here is what I got basically for free!
Yeah that long white thing is my reciept of games returned. I am one step closer to getting the 360!!!!!
 
Let me know if you want to play some PGR 3, I just completed the entire Offline Career mode 100% at Platinum level two days ago. I bought a year's worth of XBL today so I'm ready to check out the Online Career mode and see what that's all about, might be fun to have someone to work through it with. I might pick up BF2 if I can afford it soon also.

Camaro you should of brought BF2 for the PC insted.
 
BF2: MC (on the Xbox anyways) sucks major nut. You'll probably be disappointed if it sucks like the Xbox version does. It's like a 1/8th scale BF2.

I dont think it sucked at all. I always have a great time on the xbox version. 👍

It's OK, but after a while it's repetive. Plus First Person Shooters were never meant to be played with joysticks.

True. There is nothing worse for me than playing an FPS with a game controller. Mouse and keyboard ftw 👍
 
I can't believe you traded in $1400 woth of games for $180.....

Trading in games is rediculous...I keep all mine. BC > Me.

Where are you even getting the figures of $1400? MOst of these games were over 4 years old. Some of them I only paid $9.99 brand new. Anyway around here getting $180 for games is like winning the lottery. :sly:
I still have a LOT more left too but I wont trade those in.
Its actually quite simple. Get $180 for games I will never ever play again or just let them collect dust and get no money at all. Easy answer.
 
I took some of my newer games (like, pre-2 years old) to GameScape in town, and they wanted to give me $27 for all 15 games (when current estimates on some are $30+ new and $20+ used). I told him that his shop was a ripoff (seeing as he had an Xbox 360 Premium for $430...). I have made probably $50 on 4 games at a yard sale I put my games in.
 
Trading in games actually hurts the game industry because it takes away from potential sales which fund developer support which in turn funds their future projects and budgets.

Which is why I refuse to give my games away for next to nothing.
 
He wasnt using the games, so whats the point of keeping 28 games that never get used. He got 4 great games for a better system, that will give him a way better gaming expierence.

But i too agree that Battlefield 2 on PC is the best. They have great expansion packs, so the game doesnt get boring :)

Think of trading games in like trading in your car. You're not going to get full value...

Maybe that's the difference in people then, I have never puchased a game I couldn't go back and play again.

Every game I own, I've gone back and visited again, just for nostalgia, or out of boredom, etc. I still play Jet Moto titles to this day.
