Recently we have found our current Director of Global Communications in coma behind his desk. As a result, our communications response to significant customer dissatisfaction over several issues with the Gran Turismo 7 game has been completely lacking. As of immediately, we seek to fill the position with a new applicant.
Candidates should have ample experience in external and customer communication in a global industry with significant public exposure. Although we are active in the gaming industry, we encourage applicants from outside the industry to step forward. The gaming industry has shown a distressing habit of being unresponsive to customer concerns, so we hope to improve on that score by hiring a suitable candidate from a more customer oriented sector.
We are especially seeking candidates who have a strong record of bringing the customer perspective into the boardroom. Of late, we have concluded that some strong pushback from a customer perspective is needed for our long term success and viability.
