Variable speed to the PS4PS4

I know that my internetspeed is good but the PS4 is behaving strangely. The speed is different everytime I test it. I have 500mb down and 50mb up from my internet developer, but right know I have 95 down and 1,5 up. Next week I maybe have 250 down and 10 up???
What can be the problem?
We tested and the result is in the PS4.
 
The speed of your internet is only as good as the particular server you're connected to at any one time.

I have 10Gb internet and I can tell you there's not much out there apart from the big hitters that even begin to approach 1Gb/s, and Sony's servers can be very slow at times

Standard PS4? Bad wifi. Tried hard wired? My PS4 pro on Wifi finds all my 50mb all the time.
