Use http://www.ikonboard.com it works great. I also know it's wrong, but you can easily modify the coding to get rid of annoying banners or to replace them with your page's logo... Wait, that wasn't ikonboard, that was newsboard that I modified. Yeah, I streamlined that thing so it looks purrrdy. It's the best way I've found to post news or announcements on websites because you don't have to open up any files and then upload them, you just plug in the message, click post, and it's there, bamb!
