Vehicle Add Ons and Casino not available on Playstation Store Europe...Why??

Never ever ever ever ever !
It's quite a pain every time a game comes out and there are Add ons and DLC's available that Playstation Store Europe never have them at the same time USA have them. I have a US PSN ID because I used to live there but now I'm back in London I cant use £'s if I want to spend some $'s.

Are there other ways that anyone would know of for getting DLC for vehicles and Casino for England and the rest of Europe??
 
They probably have removed them as currently they are not working. No point having dlc for sale that doesn't work. Patch to fix things is allegedly with Sony being verified.
 
You're right I just went to the Store again and found the Add-ons but it's empty. I saw on a twitter feed that they are working on all the probs with TDU2 which they have fixed now for the PC version so hopefully they can get started on the PS3 version.
 
I've got the casino dlc, courtesy of pre ordering and I'm yet to play any of the games.
 
You can't do anything with the casino, I bought the DLC today and it doesn't work, all you get is a message about the server being unavailable when you try to play a game.
