Verification request issues

As I'm sure you've noticed from your emails, Old Geezer has requested verification several times. I've tried clicking the link in the email, but I'm taken to a system notification page.

NoQuarter, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Following his post in the Leaderboard forum, I've PM'd OG with my email addy so he can send me his replays. In the meantime, it looks like the linking for verification req's is broken.

I've had no emails regarding any replay verifications as yet! not even in my spam folder?
I dont get any emails at all from GTPlanet not even from any thread I post in either? I've had this problem for a few months now .... I used to get them all the time, but nowadays I have to go look in specific threads to see if there has been any replies How do I fix this? A solution would be greatly appreciated 👍

Mr. P, check your profile nd see whether or not you have "Notification" globally turned off...you can also check whether or not you have your email blocked, I believe.

Also, here's OG's replay, which I just received. I don't remember whether he's NTSC or PAL, but I'm making it available for anyone who wants to give it a shot...

There is an odd phenomenon with some mail servers. years ago, I tried to switch my GTP e-mail over to my deralta.net account and the activation email simply vanished. Jordan verified it went out, my host verified it never arrived. Simply vanished.

If you are using an AOL account, that might have something to do with it.

I have been getting the verification e-mails, but nothing with it. Jordan'll have to check in on how that functions.

I know that Bob is getting hot about it.

I've downloaded his replay and will review it at about noon tomorrow (After the missus heads off to work).

Well I checked in my profile and it's still set for me to recieve emails, It seems like Der Alta has hit the nail on the head though as I am using AOL 👎 I have tried everything to start getting emails again .. but its a lost cause.

I'll just keep looking in here for any updates

Need a little help from the NTSC reviewers.

I'm having trouble loading OG's replay...I tried using XPort to load it to my memory card, but the PC software (latest XPort version) doesn't recognise .sps files for some reason. I tried converting it to a .max file, and managed to get it onto my memcard, but when I reload GT4, it doesn't seem to see the replay...

Can one of the NTSC reveiwers d/l the replay I posted above and see if you can review it?

Yep, you'll need to use a different email address - I can send you a Gmail invite if you'd like to switch. AOL blocks all mail from my server.

I'll also check up on the email links.
