Very quick question from new member

Hi all. Long story short, where is the best place to find existing tunes? The rationalization for this seemingly lazy question is below, if you want to read it

I only started playing roughly a month ago, but I'm already level 35 for A-Spec (not repeating races once I win gold) and "only" have the Endurance races and a handful of Online Events. I'm not lazy and wanna learn how to tune, but first I wanna complete the A-Spec before GT6 comes out.
