Very useful icon text background removal program!

Well I found this really cool program that gets ride of the background colour around names of icons on the desktop, the problem is you just gotta make sure it runs everytime your PC starts by dragging it to the Start Up Menu.

It's for Windows 9x and I think 2000 but not XP as it doesn't need it.

2000 is capable of transparancy, but i'm not sure if it has it.

Win2000 doesn't do transparency. But Microangelo (an icon creating app) has one too. I find transparency works for some backgrounds, but not busy-looking ones.
