Vettal Challange

Just got to lvl 30 at last. Went to look at the Vettal Challange - OMG, crashed getting out of the pits!! Tried to set a time for about an hour without completing the 2 laps, nearest I got was the last corner but I was about 40 seconds down. (Only looked at the first race atm).

Had to give up in the end with Gran Turismo Thumb Disorder.

This thing looks impossible!!

By the way, it is possible but sadly I don't have the patience for it.

take your time, dont over push the car, bronze is easy to get

It is a tough yet easy car to drive. You might want to mess around with steering sensitivity. The x1 is all about throttle control, smooth cornering, precise racing line and minimal braking. If your racing line is good, you won't even need to brake. Unless it's a u turn.

Try this method out, practice the track in just 2nd gear, when comfy with your racing line do it in 3rd (no braking unless absolutely necessary) then 4th etc..

After a few laps you'll get the hang of the car at various speeds, and figure out which gears are appropriate for which corners. Should help you in becoming competitive in the vetted challenge, and eventually beat it.
