Vettel Challenge (Nurb) blurry textures?

Ok, besides this being insanely hard, when you first start in the pit, on that top building there that is green and has windows (on right with spectators), do you see the textures start out blurry and then become crisp?

I looked at some vids on Youtube, but couldn't see this happening during those races. Is this texture issue prevalent on other spots and I just haven't noticed them yet? I really shouldn't notice it but since I start out stationary, it is kind of hard to miss.

Never noticed that. At that time I was always biting my wheel happy But I golded it...
