Vettel's Arai Helmet Spoiler

Has anyone else noticed that Vettel is sporting a much smaller and holed rear spoiler on his helmet this season? I tried to do some research on it as, I was planning on getting it for my next helmet. My research has come with next to nothing. Anybody have a clue?

I had a friend a few years ago that had really nice winglets on the side of his helmet but, they were a one off make. Could Vettel also be getting a one off make?
 
This is something you're best off asking on the Autosport forums or somewhere as there are quite a few people that can answer this.

But I've read in the past about drivers having custom parts for their helmets, most drivers (at F1 level at least) have somewhat of a close relationship with the helmet suppliers and so generally request and/or test things with them.
 
I believe under the rules the driver is not considered part of the car so they try to put any aerodynamic parts they can on the helmet to try and improve performance, so I believe this may have been custom made.

I could be wrong on that though.
