vibrating interior

I just took a short drive in my brother's Mazda 3 and I noticed something weird. The car's an automatic, but I mainly drive it in manual mode (if it helps). Anyway, when ever I go about 10-20 in second, I hear kind of a rough sound and the interior starts to vibrate. I tried to pinpoint the sound, but the inside vibrated too much. Does anyone have an idea on what it might be? I'm suspecting it might have to do with the engine mounts.

That's what my brother's Camry is like, but in reverse...no idea what that could be, but Motor Mounts is probably a good guess.

I read in to it a bit more and found out that this gen 3 is notorious for low quality parts kindly supplied by Ford.
