Cheats are fun just to mess around in a game like this. I never use them to help me beat the game.
 
Rockstar has already mentioned on a few occasions that using any cheats will affect the outcome of the game.
 
I just can't stand peoplewho can't beat a game without cheats. Hell I don't even use cheats when I'm bored. Like in GTA III I never used cheats and I had all weapons, an tank in my garage, 3 million dollars and so on. I also beat the game twice. So see you don't need to cheat to have fun.
