Video capture/upload tutprial?

I've tried searching (really! I did!)

Is there a tutorial anywhere that can teach me how to capture a replay from GT4?

I found plenty of threads that explained how and where to upload the file... I'm looking for info on how to pull the 'file' from GT4 and get it on my PC.

Is it something as simple as plugging in my Cruizer Mini to the USB on the PS2? Do I have to convert it from a particular file type? stuff like that.

Basically, you have to connect the PS2's video to a capture card in the PC, or to a digital camcorder that you then use to capture to the PC. There is no video save from the PS2 that you can use later to make a video.
