Yep, though there still are some minor and major bugs that could occur, along with crashes (I haven't encountered.)
This patch named "Oldblivion" allows you to play Oblivion using old shaders.

I only have a GeForce FX 5500 with 2.0 shaders, so it isn't really good enough to play Oblivion (Minimum card is FX 5700). But with the help of a the oldblivion patch it allows you to play it, older cards have better support for it, but the FX Series are still supported.
Just check out the site and look around to see if you can use it, mostly likely you can if you have an older video card and would like to play it.
