The way it changed direction and darted forwards did look very insect like. I couldn't belive the amount of rotation that was going on as well. Pretty damn cool.

I've flown enough fixed-wing model airplanes to know that guy is insanely good.

Wow. I had no idea these things could be so nimble.

The part at around 3:20 was cool. :scared:

It looked fake to me. I'm not saying it is, though. But, I do have to see it to believe it. The reason why I have doubts? The guy with the video cameral, he seems to know when and where the helicopter will go before it goes there. With all that fast, jerky movement of the helicopter, how can he follow it so accurately?

I can't believe I watched the whole thing. It doesn't take any special eye to know that that guy is insanely good at that stuff. Now, if you've watched the video, can you imagine what he'd be like in the seat of a real helicopter?

He'd be dead. First off, the chopper wouldn't stand the stress of what he did in the first 20 seconds of the routine, let alone be able to do the rest of it. Plus, he's doing all this with the eqivalent of a big Dual Shock 2 controller, not with a stick, collective, and tailrotor pedals.

That was amazing. I don't get how he got it to fly upside-down though. Is it possible to invert the angle of attack of the rotor blades on those things? That guy has some serious skill.

Unless the cameraman memorized the whole 5 minute routine, there is no way he or she could have followed the chopper with 100% accuracy.

If it was real, that was very impressive seeing how nimble the chopper was, not to mention the skill of the pilot. It could have used some music though. A condensed 1'20 version with Eruption by Van Halen in the background would have been perfect. The whole 5 minutes did get repetitive by the end.

That was awesome, really awesome. It would've been better if it flew into the crowd and took off some heads, but still awesome.
