Video of my mate's 600 hp R32 GT-R

The video was taken with a digital camera by a guy i know from the ToySpeed (.org.nz) club site at the Alexandra Drag Racing on Sunday, Sept 25 (read about how the day went here).

Verses a (quick) Daihatsu Charade, and the GT-R was having numerous problems throughout the day (detailed on this page) but still did an 11.009@125mph in this vid!

Two of my other mates also recorded it going down the strip, but i'm not sure they have, or are able to get their footage online yet.

Aaaaah, so close from the 10 second bracket.. From what I've read there it should put down some decent times once on a sticky track and with everything fixed.

Gotta love the sound of those single turbo RB26's - I see that you aren't a fan of Reeces new front bumper? It's odd but I'm pretty sure it does its job.

That's fast! Got to wait until I get home to hear it though, damn school computer has got no speakers.

Nah, i don't really like the bumper. I think they should be able to get decent times without it, just continue improving the engine/running gear.

And yeah, he's going to rebuild the red machine properly this time so it may not be ready for a while.

Oh that does sound lovely. I'm a big fan of the Skyline sound.
