Video Program

Does anybody know a program where you can edit a video to make it brighter? I need this because I was recording some races between STi and Evo, but can't see nothing unless I brighten it. I want to upload them on youtube, but everyone is going to complain thats its too dark.

try Windows movie maker, it comes with Windows XP

I did, I cant find any way to brighten the videos

Go to 'Video effect' after you have loaded the video into Movie Maker.
There should be an option to 'Increase brightness' .
