Video transfer

Hey, I lost my GT4 manual, how do I get my GT4 vids off my playstation, all I know how to do is get pics on usb, can I use my flash drive to put a vid on? I have searched and found nothing.

Interestingly enough, had you searched for "video Transfer" in this forum, you'd have found another thread asking the identical question, with the identical title.
