Here are a few videos we took last Sunday while out at Dorchester(sorry it's only an 1/8th mile, we're going up to Darlington this Saturday, and I'll get some video footage of my car at a 1/4 mile track).

First video is an in-car video of me vs. my buddy Jon in his basically stock '97 GT with a really big hood.:odd: Second video is me vs. my buddy Jeff with his '03 Cobra with 2.93 upper pulley/ 4lb lower pulley/intake/exhaust/chip/apten ported blower/etc. with over 500rwhp/540rwtq. My car only has 463rwhp/489rwtq(these runs were all with me off the nitrous, I left the bottle at home to keep myself from spraying  ). And the 3rd video is of me vs. my buddy Matt. Matt has a Vortech SQ Trim supercharger, AFM Powerpipe, FRPP 42lb injectors, 255lph fuel pump, Magnaflow exhaust w/bassani x-pipe, 4.10 gears, Mickey Thomphson ET Street's(vs. my ****ty drag radials), full drag suspension, and a fully built solid rear end.

This was only my second time at the track with the Cobra. I had a ton of fun, and was glad I got to drive the car home as opposed to following it home on a tow truck like last time.

Anyhoo, my best run that night was a 7.98@94mph.

Dude, do you make it a point to always shoot dark as hell vids? First and second ones aren't bad, but we can't see **** through the 3rd one! That thing sounds mean, that's for sure. Looks like you were taking a nap at the light in that first vid, though. ;)

7.9s on the 8th would technically equal to a low 12 on the quarter, not bad at all.

I hate night time videos too. Unfortunately the track is only open on Sunday nights so that's all we could get. If you adjust the brightness you should be able to see just fine, biotch.

Yeah, on that first video I fell asleep, and bogged it off the line. When we turned around at the end of the track my buddy Matt who was filming said, Jon's stock GT on regular 245 series tires just got the jump on you with 315 drag radials. All I could tell him was to STFU.

I know the car has the potential for 7.5's and lower. I just can't ****ing drive. In the second video you can hear me break 'em lose in 2nd from powershifting like a fool on the ****ty track, and I bounced off the rev limiter in 2nd gear like 3 times(I looked up at Jeff's car, and by the time I looked back down at the tach I was already bouncing it. I couldn't even hear it though cause Jeff's car is so damn loud). I need to learn how to launch the car better. I did manage to pull off multiple 1.9 60' times, and even a 1.87 this last Sunday. Much better than my 2.0+'s that I got the time before.

Cool videos! They were dark but not your fault if its a night race. If you want great times I would highly suggest getting rid of the crappy drag radials. They just suck. Your driving will get better and better each time you go. It makes it really fun when you get to line up with your friends on the track. 👍 👍

Awesome videos man, thats some nice neck snapping torque you got there.
