Zip every file seperately, or upload them to an ftp server.

Winzip will let you do archive sets. You specifiy what the max files size is for each archive set, and let winzip do the rest.

Example...a one mb file archived into 100kb archives sets, you'd end up with 10 - 100kb files and the last file would be 24kb...
