I entered the viewers campaign for the two free cars for the final in Japan, I have not received the cars yet, yhey are usually availbe in the gift section of the garage but they are not there?

When the icon was available, a notification read the gift cars will be made available in the next update.

To further assuage @davejc64's worries, the next game update is expected to be the end of January and most likely Thursday January 29th.
