I dont know if anyone else does this but.....

all the cars in my garage have the same wheels... it's a team thing kyou see!
and when i buy a car I try and get yellow ones so over half my garage is yellow cars with black wheels (which have yellow writing on them)....

I am starting to think i am strange :odd:

that is strange, haha. if i buy wheels for a car they are always different. different cars look good with different wheels. i only have a few pair of wheels though.

I have 2 pair of wheels. Both Yokohama. They are actually the same patern except one is black and one is gold. Any cars in my garage with gold rims are drift setup. All other cars have black rims. I believe I have 13 cars. 1 gold wheel (S13 Drift) all other's (Evo's, Skyline, Rally Cars, Altezza, etc.) have black wheels.

hell,if I had the money to buy ALL the rims,I would (well, except for Bridgestone =P) *mumbles* if it wasn't for that stupid Tune-Up on that Mine's Skyline...hehe.well,anyways,Ving,I don't know...I think we're all kinda strange, cause I went throught the Type R Meeting in the Amatuer League just to get EVERY different colored Mugen S2000,but hey,I like Carbon Fiber =D.I guess that's why I did it,huh?hehehe

P.S. by the way,I bought different rims, different parts, and put different settings on every one of those Mugen S2000s ^_^.I was gonna start my own Mugen Racing Team, but I never got around to it =P,maybe it's a future project?who knows...*unsolved mysteries music begins to play*

I bought all the rims too. But I don't put the same rims on all the cars.

I usually like the stock rims.

I've got three sets of "lucky rims" that I'll put on my most used cars, and all my cars get a wash after each race and an oil change every 60 miles (or as soon as I can, can't do those during a series after all). I also never drive a mostly white car, as white is bad luck for me.

Of course, that's all more out of superstition than anything else, but I'm willing to bet everyone has their own odd little habits. :D

Supposedly a dirty car is a little less aerodynamic , though I haven't noticed any real difference between "just came from the car wash" and "just came from 50 miles of rallying". It could be it affects the slipstream effect... but I'm not about to spend an hour at the Test Track to determine that. :p

Hmmm, I think I'm getting an idea for a comp in Spot races...

i bought 3 rims: the white Yokohama 6s with the blue center, the black Yokohama 7s, and some 5.2s (i think they're Bridgestone) that look good on the Opel Race Cars.

oh?
My modified cars all use the black Bridgestones.

I like those black rims, and IMO, Bridgestone has the best black rims in the game.

I have all of the rims. I thought that just about everyone has done this. It costs about 65,000 cr. I would guess I have all of the rims on every car. Only a handful of my cars have their stock rims.

My personal faves are the ones that have black and red or blue around the "rims" (pun intended)

I like Black Yoko rims better. Just my opinion though. :D

Bleah.

My Skylines mostly have Falkens, ive been doing that since GT2. Viper BBS, mercedes bridgestone and my Impreza's all have those funny looking OZ wheels that look like they came off the toyota celica rally car.

Also I have orange enkei's on my orange Motorsport elise and Blue ray's on my blue supra. Although some cars look better with their stock wheels like the IS200, GT40, cobra and Tuscan. All my racecars have their standard wheels.

Also that AE86 fanboy would probably sell his soul for some watanabes. Or however you spell them, damn complicated Japanese names that I am not particularly good at spelling offhand.

I never wash my cars :/

Alright, race your car (better if its black colored) for about 120 miles. Take it to the car wash and look at it. After you wash it you will notice it is shinier and the windows have a better reflection too.

It also gets rid of a little drag........
