Hello there Forza 2 people. As a none 360 owner i'm intrigued in how the Vinyl editing side of it actually works. I've seen everyones examples of cars they've done and i'm very impressed with the sophistication of the designs 👍 - Does anyone have any screen shots of the design process?

I presume it must work in a different way to how most PC sim racers 'skin' editors work do to the fact that it's on a console rather than a PC where you can download a skin and then edit it in Photoshop, Paint or similar applications.

To put it in it's simplest: You take circles and squares and put them together to make a design.

Cheers Mark, that explains a lot 👍

+ rep for Neubourn ;)

It looks pretty labour intensive. Do all the sponsors logos have to be done this way or is there a menu of pre-made logos you can add and re-size?

Is there a font menu too?

There is a large selection of pre made logos aswell. Most of the work you see though is done freehand which is simply amazing. The most impressive being this one.

Wow, I was wondering about this too after seeing CAMAROBOY69's amazing cars  Almost makes me want an Xbox360 and Forza 2, but I keep having to remind myself that I am a lazy sod and could never be arsed for long enough to make a decent livery for the MarsMobile™... it certainly does look labour-intensive, but the results are superb... I only wish GT would incorporate a similar feature!

So work sucks today and I'm freakin' bored, so I checked around Youtube and found this paint Job tutorial for FM2 (for flames, but you can get the general idea)
