Viper Drifting

I just got GT4 a few days ago (one bad@$$ game) and decided to try drifting. Well, didn't quite work out. My favorite car is the Dodge Viper SRT-10, and I was drifting with that.

Well anyway, I was messing around with the "Quick Tune-Up" setting, and set the power to +20, weight to -10, and Sport Soft Tires (Might've been hard. dont remember) . Long story short, it was like drifting a wet bar of soap on a slick tile floor. The thing was sliding ALL over the place. But after a few tries, I managed to BARELY control the car.:scared:

My point? Simple. I dare any good drifter to drift the same car I did, with the same specs as mine. Please submit all videos on this thread.

LONG LIVE THE VIPER!!!!!!!!

I used that car for WDS (Weekly Drift Series) week 8. I used N1 (Economy) tires, though..

Most people with a bit of experience with GT4 find sports tires way too grippy to do any serious drifting with, I'm guessing it's just the GT4 physics that you find slippery ;)

maybe this should be in the videos section, also, i consider myself and slider-s15 to be 'good' drifters, but neither of us can make videos, i'll try it, if its quite good i might post some pictures :)

I use S1 tires now I use to use n2 and n3 but I noticed my car revs to much when i used n3 so I went to s1 and I found them to be grippy like you said Ske but yet better. "I put s1 on my 440ps silvia s15" (ps=hp for the people that don't know)

I love drifting the Viper, but it definitely doesn't need anything done to it, Keep it STOCK. And then just keep it to N tires or S1s!
