Hi all , so I signed up to iracing but then could not download the updates in order to play, iracing remotely took over my PC to see what the issue is and they said that there servers are not talking to the virgin ones properly or something like that , I can't be the on,y person with virgin , has anyone else had this issue or maybe know what the issue is.

Virgin is the UKs 3rd biggest ISP. This is not a broad Virgin problem. I have no issues with iRacing and I'm on Virgin. You might have a more local problem with either your PC, your home network, or the specific equipment/service provided to you by Virgin.
 
thanks daz555 , that's what I thought, someone has suggested port forwarding on the super hub 3 so that's my next step , once I figure out what is is. :)
 
If you have another router lying around you could put your super hub in "modem only mode" and then use your own router. At least as a test for your issues.

SH3 is not well regarded. I have never used mine as a router, only as a modem.
