Virus Found!

I just checked my mail and got some Junk Mail, that was in my inbox for some reason. I really should stop using granturismo4@gmail.com as my "website" address, and have that forwarding to my personal account right?

Anyways, my virus found dialog popped up and I've deleted it. But I don't feel like I deleted it, what should I do? The last time I got a virus was the Blaster Worm, and I removed it.

Did you delete the quarantined item? Did you check your process list to see if there is anything running that shouldn't be running?

I've emptied out my Trash, searched the folder where the file was stored and everything seem's fine now.

Open symantec
Click view
Click quarantine
Delete everything in there
