The one thing I wish for most in GT4 is visual upgrades...
I played GT3 to death, but always found it irritating how a highly-tuned performance vehicle would look exactly the same as ir did when first arriving in your garage. You can pick your paint color (in most cases) and wheels, but that's it! I undertand that GT4 will be no different. Sorta leaves a large stone un-turned regarding automobile ownership/enthusiasm (not to mention realism). No. I'm not interested in bodykits and stickers... but something. For example, when purchasing "Lightweight Stage 3," parts could visibly be shaved off your car... or a N/A upgrade might result in larger air intakes.
I realize that this would be a challenge due to the number of cars in the game and the fact that the PS2 is already being beaten to its limits. But GT4 is unfortunately behind-the-curve in this respect. Being able to watch my car progress visually would certainly make me a happier racer.
