I have been looking for one of these forever but to no avail. If you happen to own a 1988 Volvo 240 GLT Estate with 0 miles, 0 changes, 0 upgrades please contact me on my PSN: CallmeDan_

Rediculous offers (gold chrome paint for the car, etc) WILL BE IGNORED.
 
Would you give a guy gold paint for a Volvo wagon? Didn't think so.

And maybe I don't want to duplicate/don't have the time to duplicate/don't know how to duplicate items.

Actually some folks will render a gifting/trade date for paint chips against a needed car. Some do it without anything in return.

You should offer 5 gold or 5 chromes for this car and some one might bite.

Bottom line, lots of good folks in this sub section.

Are you serious? 5 gold paint for a beater wagon? That's insane! That seems almost reasonable for a Tommy Kaira ZZII, but really, a station wagon?
 
Believe or leave... Due to sending limit of one car per day and system the standard rates (there might be different offers) are:

1 car/ticket for 1 car/ticket
1 car/ticket for 5 paints (Chrome, Matte)
1 car/ticket for 1-2 sets of gears

Museum cards, horns go for free.

IMAO everything should go for free except cars/tickets. There are car/ticket donations as well.

You know, duping is easy and doesn't take much time, you just have to back up your main save before sending, for example, 2 Gold Chrome chips to your second PSN account (also easy to set up) and then restore your main save immediately afterwards.
Then you still own those 2 chips but also have 2 on your second account which you can then send back immediately ('bypassing' the 5 chips a day maximum) and you've instantly doubled your amount of Gold Chromes within mere minutes.

Call it duping, call it farming, it's the main reason people aren't bothered much by offering Gold/Silver Chromes or Matte paints since they aren't rare or offer any real value anymore.

I have 4 untouched (0/0/0) Volvo 240 GLT estate. They are Black, Silver metallic, White and Yellow. Please state your offer(s). I will take any 0/0/0 car or low level ticket. And as you are quite new to the forum I would like you to send first.:)

Regrettably, I don't have any 0/0/0 cars or tickets but if you would like a fully tuned Supra in exchange for any of your 240's i would be more than happy to trade with you. If there is a different car you want I'll try my best to get one for you.

Caterham Seven Fireblade '02: Caterham Racing Green
RÜF CTR2 '96: it's gray but does not have a name
TVR Cerbera Speed 12 '00: Titanium Metallic (gray)
Tommy Kaira ZZII '00: Green Metallic (dark green with yellow wheels)

If you don't like these colors, I can check on my alternate accounts.

I agree with you fully Monatsende. I see any Trade as exchanging send days, a very precious commodity with myself and most other traders. The arrogant attitude displayed by the noob was quite off-putting as well. I consider this place home, and pay close attention to those that stroll in through the doors.

They make either my list of people I'd potentially help, or the other list........:sly:

@everyone: Can we please move on now, I think CallmeDan has learned how this marketplace works, has he has been more than willing to trade a RUF against a Volvo. The marketplace is already moribund as is, we certainly do not need to scare new traders away. But this is not the place to pontificate (as a wise man once said). Merry Xmas to all:sly:
