Let's vote for the most detailed modelled car in GT5. There are astonishly highly detailed Premium cars like the LFA and there are the most astonishingly highly detailed Premiums, those that really blow you away.
But before voting, let's collect in this thread your entries. I will sum them up and put them in a second thread online for voting.

There is no limit on how many cars you would like to propose.
In photomode, the detail level is unrestricted, so no detail lod models used like in race mode.
There you can see the cars in their full glory. You can also post pics, to show how detailed your entries are.

I start with:

Ferrari F40
Jaguar Xjr
Ferrari P4

Nissan R35 GTR of course

Also this thing. Not sure on the exact name but it's the super autobacs race car. Shot is not photomode though

All of the Super GT cars are among the best and by contrast i'd sat the Corvette Z06 '04 is one of the worst (still looks great but i'm sure you know what I mean) and often I mistake it for the standard version.

Yep my vote would be the Italia.

What is MDMAHP? Some kind of happy horsepower?

Most Detailed, Most Amazingly High Quality Premium

As for the cars I don't know if it's the most detailed but I like the 330 P4.

I think the 787B is amazing in detail. Although the colours may be a bit off, at least the orange is a lot more reddish in the (old) pictures than it is in the game.

Yet to see any polygonal parts in the car.

Actually, the #55 car (chassis number 002) which won Le Mans in '91 didn't have front wheels as in GT5, but instead the same as in the back. The wheels are from the #202 car (chassis number 003) which raced in JSPC (JGTC/Super GT predecessor series). The #202 did have inverted livery, where the #55 had green, the #202 had orange and vice versa. It did not have headlights (to lighten the car) as the #55 and #18 had. The #18 car, chassis number 001, had a completely different white livery but was identical with the #55 in other ways.

For realism, it would be nice to have all three liveries available, with added lights to the #202 to be on par with the two others.

Toyota Celica 205 Rally Car
Jaguar XJ13

still open for more entries

The 370z is the best i have seen so far,its strange to me how the car quality differs so much.take for instance, the 370 interior looks awesome, the premium 94(i believe it is a 94,maybe 97?)skyline dash looks terrible compared to other cars.Id show a photo for an example but im at work at the moment.

The Super GT cars and the 2010 NASCARs are perfect within spec.

But my favourite looking premium is the Camaro Z28 RM. And I hate Chevy's. But that car looks and feels like a classic race car for trackdays and historic club races, and it looks amazing in pale blue with red rims (almost GULF colours)

I'd say the JR Rocha Infinity G37.

The engine piping, the paintjob, the interior (with it's LCD TV and phat PS3 :lol). Looks jawdropping!

Well in photomode I saw a highly detailed dog.

But most detailed I think are Super GT cars or the Ferrari 599

The Jag XJ-13...the little brass plaques on the rear firewall and the engine detail is FAB. What an incredible car.

The upholstery of the 330 P4 is great. Doesn't look like it belongs in a race car, tho.

I'd have to go with the 458 Italia. Absolutely beautiful car IMO and Kaz and the team did a superb job recreating it. :D

Hard to pick one I think is most detailed. But the 458 Italia and GT-R '07 that have been mentioned are super detailed, almost at an OCD level.
