Voting on what we would like to see in next update

Before the last update i remember there was a voting system thing and you had a limited number of points, like 15 i think. Is there anything like that at the moment? If so do you have a link?

It would like a Nice downhill drift/ race track, similar to the Fujimi Kaido track in Forza 3. also a track like Benchmark also from forza.
