Technical Regulations
1) The car has to be upgraded completely. Cars should have 436 horsepower and 1,045 kilograms.
2) All cars need to have racing soft and racing hard tires.
3) All cars need to have the option D number plate. Number font is up to the drivers.
4) Chrome paints cannot be used on the car body. Wheels can still be chromed.
5) Cars can be completely tuned.
1) Drivers need to ensure that they have racing hard and racing soft tires available during all race events for tire changes.
2) Rain weather tires are not required as weather will not be enabled during the events.
3) Failure to have the correct tires available will result in that driver having to park in the pit lane for the rest of the event.
Sporting Regulations
1) 6:30-7:30 p.m. Eastern Time: Practice
2) 7:30-7:45 p.m. Eastern Time: Mandatory Driver's Meeting
3) 7:45-8:00 p.m. Eastern Time: Qualifying
4) 8:00-9:00 p.m. Eastern Time: 1 Hour Race
5) Everyone is expected to be punctual and on time. If there is a problem doing so, state the case at least 6 hours before the start of the Driver's Meeting.
1) Before qualifying for each event, each driver must state to the race director what tire they will be qualifying and starting on. If the race director is racing as well, then the race director must publicly state what tire they are going to use.
2) Once tire compounds have been confirmed, drivers cannot pit during qualifying to change tire compounds. Any discovered change in compounds will result in a disqualification.
3) Drivers must use the same compound on all four tires at all times. Having hybrid or mixed compounds will result in a disqualification.
4) Drivers will be forced to make a pit stop to change compounds at least once in the race. This change must happen between the twenty minute and 40 minute mark. Any changes in the first twenty minutes and the last twenty minutes will not count towards this.
5) Drivers may refuel during their tire compound change.
1) Qualifying for each event is 15 minutes, in which all drivers must set a timed lap.
2) Failure to set a lap time will result in a DNP, in which that driver will have to start from the pit lane.
3) Drivers are discouraged from pitting during the session to prevent accidental tire compound changes. Mechanical damage is allowed to be fixed if it occurs.
4) If drivers decide to stop running timed laps, they are expected to park in a safe place well off the racing surface and remain still the rest of qualifying.
1) At the initial race start, drivers are to roll off the grid single file at 62 mph/100 kph. Two to three car lengths must be between each car to allow for safe tire warming. (Locking up the brakes will result in an immediate disqualification)
2) After the final corner, all drivers are to go double file, with pole on the inside in relation to turn 1, and accelerate once the car in front accelerates.
3) The leader controls the initial start up until the designated start line. The driver starting alongside the pole sitter may accelerate first if the line has been crossed.
4) If a driver gives another driver damage under formation lap, that driver will be penalized 30 seconds post race.
1) In the instance that extreme weather occurs, the race director will type out FCY for Full Course Yellow. The race leader will slow to 50 mph/80 kph and all other drivers will catch up to that person based on when they reach the queue.
2) In the instance that a driver passes the leader legally (pit stops, wounded car rule, etc.) and does not become the leader because of the exchange, they may proceed at a reasonable speed until the catchup to the back of the queue. If the pass happens and the lead is exchanged, the new leader must hold the pace speed.
3) Once everyone has caught up and everyone has had the ability to make a pit stop, lapped drivers not at the end of the line must let the leaders pass and line up at the end of the queue in the order they were in.
4) Once everyone has been organized, the race director will type out "green this time" and the field will go green once the starting point has been reached.
5) Mass disconnections can warrent a Full Course Yellow. The race leader will slow to 50 mph/80 kph until the drivers still racing have caught up and lined up behind the leader. The field is frozen, and no laps are regained. (Mass disconnections are classified by multiple people in the room being disconnected within 5 minutes of the first disconnect. At least three need to disconnect in succession for the SC to automatically come out.) In the instance of mass disconnections, if all affected drivers return to the lobby, the race will be red flagged on the pit straight, the running order and time remaining will be recorded, then the field will back out for a new lobby to be created for the reset. In the instance that not all people affected return, the drivers affected will be recorded with a mechanical DNF and be given points for the last available positions.
6) Severe lag from an individual driver can result in a Full Course Yellow if that driver has damaged several drivers. That driver will be told to enter Limp Home Mode (ghost) and go to the pit lane until they are sure the problem has been fixed. As with the above, the field will go through the standard neutralization procedure and go green when everyone aside from the lagging car has caught up.
7) During a Full Course Yellow, pit lane will be open at all times. It is recommended that drivers pit before they join the queue for the restart.
8) Races can end under caution if the timer runs out before the green flag is waved.
1) If a driver is about to be lapped by a driver ahead of them in the race standings, a blue flag will be applied. That driver will have to let the faster car ahead of them and cannot battle them as the pass will not be for position.
2) If a driver is under severe lag or is damaged to the point that car control is limited, a black and orange flag, often called out as a "meatball" will be applied. That driver will have to go into limp home mode (pause and coast under a ghost condition), and get serviced in the pit lane.
3) If there is a normal accident not induced by lag, and cars are slow and/or stationary, all other drivers must proceed with caution until they've cleared the scene. Passing during a slow zone is prohibited. The slow zone would be the timing sector or sectors the injured cars are in.
1st: 10 pts.
2nd: 8 pts.
3rd: 6 pts.
4th: 4 pts.
5th: 2 pts.
6th: 1 pts.
7th and lower: 0 pts.
1) For every penalty a driver earns, penalty points will be added to their VRR Licences. Penalty points can demote drivers from classes in other VRR series, can demote drivers and can result in drivers being suspended.
2) Once a drier earns 10 points, the driver will be suspended an entire race weekend, including all series racing that weekend. The driver will also be demoted to a lower licence rating and put on probation for 2 months.
3) Penalties involving collisions will place 2 penalty points on a driver's licence for each collision based penalty.
4) Penalties regarding crossing pit lines, corner cutting, etc will place 1 penalty point on a driver's licence for each penalty.
5) Disqualifications will place 7 points on a driver's licence for each disqualification.
6) If a driver experiences a licence demotion, the points left over will be attached to the new licence status.
7) After a racing season has passed, 5 points will be removed from the licences of each driver that competed in at least 75% of that season. Those that fail to do so will continue with those penalty points into the next season.

The time of 8:00 PM EST is too late for me, as is equal to 1:00 AM EST. Therefore, I can't race in this championship. Sorry Angel. :(

If it doesn't interfere with the VRR ILM Series, I'll give it a go :)

EDIT: I'll reserve a spot anyway

Ehh.. I would love to do it because these cars are probably my favorite in the game but Brown's league is running already in this Time slot

Angel, why don't you want cars's bodies to be on paint Chrome?
Because when headlights are on or if we race at night, the cars become a distraction and can start headaches for some people.

OP has been updated to include recent entries, and to fix the weight typo.

Reminder that race 1 is in 8 days.
