Vw 1200 66

Anyone here runs or drags the VW1200 66, I got mine to run 12.715, the highest 1/4 mile speed i've gotten. Can anybody in here tell me if they've gotten higher than that.

I am a very big fan of the Beetle, and I have spent countless hours tuning it. My best time so far, is 12.409, but I reckon it can get into the 12.3xx region. It's the car that made me fast as a tuner. Good luck.

How in the world did you get it to run so fast? I spent alot of time on mine and couldn't imagine that it could go that fast.

Look at my leader board and soon Madtuner will post new records on that VW1200!! Madtuner broked Retromanix record on the Samba bus 62, 13.329!! and the old record was 13.340. Everything is possible and these are the hardest cars to tune on this game and also to drive (personal opinion). Eks and CRXs are also very hard to tune because the shift points are super hard. Trust me!👍

The problem with regular EKs is the timed launch!

That bus is really difficult for sure, I had 13.413 but i was using racing mediums on the rear, it cured my bog problem. Making first shorter to eliminate bog with the softs increased my shift lag and slowed me down, I need a new trans !
