waiting time between posts?

I try to post and this comes up:

This forum requires that you wait 20 seconds between posts. Please try again in 309 seconds.

The number has been decreasing, it was in the 600 seconds first, but last I checked 600 seconds weren't 20 seconds... and GTP never asked to wait between posts.

LOL I tried to post this thread and this appeared:

So yep, wtf?

It's related to the forum clock error/change. See https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=282244.

It should resolve itself soon. Sorry for the confusion.
