First off, thanks to "The Alchemist" for the pic- if you want me to take it down for any reason, let me know.
I've been "lurking" these forums for about 2 years now, and thought i should give something back, so here it is.
IMO, I think these forums are excellent, filled with mostly friendly people who share the same interest.
If anyone needs a game photo edited, I'd be happy to do it for you when I get the time :) . With all these great pics and vids being shown here, I think I may give drifting a try...but before I do, I'll take a look at the guides at the top :)

P.S. Good job moderators

Nice pic. Although I believe the proper thread for this would be the Drift Photomode thread. Its just a general thread for posting and discussing all types of drifting related pictures, not necessarily photomode only pictures. If you havent done so already please browse through the stickied FAQ at the top of the page. There is LOADS of information that you gotta check out if you want to get into GT4 drifting. It truly is a rewarding skill to master. Good Luck :)👍

ummmm...well, I guess I was aiming to put this in the photomode thread if you say that is where it belongs. I saw the drift photo contest so I thought I'd put it in that forum

Depsite this being in the wrong forum, I like the pic. Did you do that in Photoshop, or was it Fireworks (I prefer the later).

Photoshop, I preferred using Fireworks at one time, too. But after I taught myself Photoshop, there was no turning back...also, I have a question for u guys, hows is the '69 Corvette Stingray as a beginner drift car (I'm using some settings I found in the depot)

Also, to the guy that said he's having eye spasms: Maybe you'll like this version better.

That's a wonderfull pic.!👍 Maybe a photoshop-drift photo thread will be a good idea , I've never seen such a pic.👍:) Maybe even a competition:idea: (I know: "ANOTHER competition", but it will be cool:tup: )

So you taught yourself PhotoShop eh?, did you use any sort of tutorials? I've been meaning to move onto PhotoShop, but Fireworks keeps callin' me back after every time I mess something up in PS.

Yea, I used tutorials to learn. Go to good-tutorials.com to get some good ones. The hardest part of Photoshop for me was understanding the layer concept and learning what all the tools do. Also, I like the idea of the Photoshop Contest. Thanks for the comments guys! :)

Thanks again man, I appreciate it. :sly:

EDIT: As you can now, my avatar is all Fireworks done, its temporary until I drift theme it, but I like it for now :dopey:.

Photoshop is the best. :) though sorry for saying, but the picture looks like you just did some simple filtering("find edges")? Well either way, not bad lookin at all. Good job.

Yup, some filters and a lot of layer styles.
