In a nutshell, it is asking for the ability to send more than one of your Bobs out onto the track at a time. More money, more experience, more involvement required from you (only if should you choose to do it).

And another suggestion you might like is to allow you the option of being a relief driver in B-Spec Endurance races. You tell your Bob to pit and tell the game that the next driver is .... YOU! When you want the Bobs to take over, you simply enter the pits.
