Lvl 21 ticket is the best way , I did it for 48 hours and only got the xr8 once and every other car about 20 times

The 2000 birthday ticket is not a good idea. Chances are 1 to 91!
You can only get 26 different cars from lv 21 ticket hence chances are much higher. Anyway I received my Ford XR8 after an hour or so from a lv 21 ticket. I don't know why people got so much trouble with it. If you just can't get it then try to get two level 21 tickets to double your chances. Here is what you can get from a lv 21 ticket:

It's crazy, I have been looking for one of these for over a month and finally got one in the UCD yesterday. Then another one was available 2-3 more times the same day...too bad they aren't tradeable.
