Wanted... Year 2000 Ticket

As the title says, I'm after a year 2000 ticket so I can get the last car I need to complete all cars in the game (Viper GTS-R Concept '00).

Obviously I can swap any tradeable car for it, paint chips (I have most mattes and colour shifts plus both silver and gold chrome), I also have lvl 12 and '67 tickets.
