Decided to experiment with opacity, etc.

The grid squares are too big, and that Bit Dust Two font looks horrible at any other size than 8pt. Is that red square supposed to be mangled in the top right corner? Finally, it doesn't look professional without a 1px black border.

Sorry, but this really isn't my cup of tea.
 
Shannon thats because it took him 10 minutes. Yes I would have to agree with Shannon pixel font needs to be at its native size - 6pt or 8pt. It also would need a 1px place border to make it look more cool.

I would also make the horizontal lines less thick and maybe lower their opacity to. Then the topic of colour I think the inner colour could have been yellow or orange not a purple - But who really cares this was an experiment RIGHT?
 
Heh, thanks guys. I knew it was no work of art. I was really focusing on getting a correct pattern and messing around with opacities, etc. And yes ALPHA, the experiment was right.
