Warning..I say again ....WARNING !! Do not waste your money ! If you must see for yourself...RENT FIRST. This game SUCKS in every way. All phases . BAD..BAD... BAD... :crazy: Load times enormouse ...pixelated graphics....collision problems...wonky camera...on line wait ..forever...if you get tosed from a game..say if you do not speak German for instance..you get a load screen and have to start from scratch..to get into a BAD BAD game... :crazy: Did I mention this game is bad ? The X box version is supposed to be tight...but the PS2 version.....is...the worst suckage since driv3r.
 
Is that the new one? I heard that there´s one released some time ago that sucked, but IGN was saying good things about this one. Well, too bad then, it´s not like PS2 owners don´t have anything else to play. :D
 
I have a rule when it comes to buying games.
If I see a commercial for a game with little to none gameplay footage I dont buy it.
Still want to play it? Rent it. :crazy:

With that said, saw the Ghost Recon 2 commercial not too long ago. Majority of the commercial was a corny CG video, which put up a 'bad game flag' right away.
But then again I have seen a few games with all CG footage that are good, video rental stores are your friends. :p
 
The in game graphics SUCK. I traded it in ( it freezes on the load screen ) and got call of duty finest hour..this game is great. My son was playing online with it and it looks tremedouse.
 
Well I was actually expecting it to suck on PS2. The first one sure did! The XBox version for GR1 was great and the expansion was pretty good too. I imagine GR2 on XBox is freaking bad ass.

Hmm. Kinigitt said it wasnt good, my friend says it is. I just rented GR2 for ps2 so i could go online. it looked good from the videos i seen. I have yet to play GR2. If it is bad i can just swap it for something else at Block Buster.

Ok, for starters the loading time is bad. how bad? on a scale from 1-10 for speed, it would be a 1. The freakin start menu takes forever to load. The graphics are not all that bad. The controls are bad its not fully analoge, a slight push in a direction and it moves slow then speeds up the longer you hold it and that makes for some very inaccurate shooting. i could not find the option to disable it but after that, that was all i needed to be done with it. If the loading and controls were better I'd say its worth a try, but im saying forget it.. Its a very bad SOCOM clone. I did not have to play long to come up with my opinion.


4/10 why? Loading and controls.
