Who said you only had a hurt shoulder?? The insurance agents?? We all know they're specialists in diagnosing injuries!

Besides, the visit to the doctor's was your first diagnosis since the accident wasn't it?? If so, then the insurance can't really get out of it. They can say "oh you should've gone to hospital if you were that bad" but they aren't you, so they don't know your threshold of pain and where someone with the same injuries could be screaming and wailing, you walked away from it.

I agree. The doctor wanted to know why I hadn't told him the pain in my back and that, but as I replied, I simply didn't feel it til' he did the check up. At most, he said a lot of the pain comes 7-10 days later, so that may be why.

And yes, it was my first visit. I went for the arm & shoulder, and they found other things. They told me they were glad I came in when I did so they could find the problems now. The agent also asked about the level of pain. I told him what I told the doctor. My arm hurt, but the doctor said I was in more pain elsewhere, I just didn't feel it until he pointed it out.

But, we'll see. The guy seemed to be pushing the issue they didn't want to cover the other treatments, but his client caused the wreck that caused the injuries, so I am expecting a complete coverage of the bill from Farmer's.

Well you are still alive and talking to us, so you should thank your luck for that.

Anyway, that sucks to hear about your other pain besides your arm and back. Well hopefully it isn't as serious as everyone thinks and that you could make a full recovery. 👍 Also, how is your friend and that guy coming along with the accident? Did they settle for anything yet? Plus, hopefully those insurance companies do give your full compensation for your injuries..... 👍
