Was the "Vision Glitch" an accident?

The "Vision Glitch" was(is):
1 : So easy it should have been labeled "ages 3-94, anyone can play".
2 : It seems to favor people who bought it for the the title of the game.
"Gran Turismo 6
The Real Driving Simulator"
3 : It had to be an inside job. 339 duh duh duh.
 
How was it easy? most programmers don't worry about how unwritten data from a future update is going to effect a update.
 
This thread is stupid.

Of course PD wouldn't let this happen, as it would damage the credibility of both the game and the company (as if both had any to begin with). Plus with all the microtransactions now adding monetary value to in-game credits the glitch would be considered 'theft' - hundreds of dollars worth in this case.
