Watching Top Gear from Gran Turismo TV?

I have tried to find any episodes of Top Gear from there, but there isn't any.
Is there anyway to watch it from there? I also googled around the net and I found a old newsticker and it said that there is no information of PAL yet, and I live in PAL region. Does anyone know anything about this? Have you watched Top Gear via GTTV?
 
I don't know about you but I have ad banners saying to watch Top Gear on the History Channel or something like that.
