Is there some way, through the GT5 Menus, I can lighten up the steering on my G25, so that it acts more like a real drift car? Right now, the steering is very stiff and resistant, and is slow to kick round after a direction change.

Thanks.

Setting the force feedback seems to do nothing to the G25's, It seems as if its set to a fixed point.

You might try playing with the power steering setting. Or is that active steering? Sorry I forget.

Okay, I'll have a footer with the Active Steering, but I don't think that's the issue. Worth a try. (Once I get my PS3 sorted; right now it has YLOD!).

I'm not at my PS3 so can't check it but a button combo changes it from 900° to 270° steering, something like holding SELECT+R2+R3 as you start the game.

what i do when i drift is when i start up GT5 i leave the power supply for the G25 connected so that it calibrates and when im drifting i simply disconnect the power supply so there is no force feedback. Everything works fine except the FFB motors arent powered. BTW you have to let it calibrate first at the start of GT5. :D

The force feedback setting definitely has an effect on my G25. I think I have it set at only 2 or 3 at the moment, and the FFB is a lot lighter than at the default 5(?) setting.

Can anyone confirm this?

I've heard you can do this on the DFGT, how about the G25?
