I don't really understand how the weather or time change works. I'll go into a track with weather change on but when I enter its not raining, or if i go into a track with time change its not night time. Is there anyway to guarantee that it'll be raining or be night time?

If you make a session online you can set it and keep it fixed.

Just start a race, then when the race finishes, you can save the replay.

To save an online replay click on the podium in the lobby to see results after the race is finished. The option to save replay is at the bottom. Hope that helps. Also, check out my photo album, they are from an online night race.
