Weather/Night in B spec?

Is there weather and or night time racing on B -spec? I'm at level 8 in B-Spec so not that far but so far have not seen any wet races or night races. Do they appear at higher levels or only in certain championships above the amateur level or what?
 
You get wet/variable races at Suzuka, Monza and a couple of Nurburgring-variants.

I think this starts around B-Spec L18 or so.
 
I just had my first weather race and it was Level 23, actually a level 22 race, GT one, 30 laps of ran!
 
Yes to both questions.

The last 2 races are 24 hour events so you have a full day and night cycle on these. There are a couple of tracks that are run at night and a few where it may be raining.

In addition to the ones posted above you may also encounter rain on Lemans as early as level 24
