Weather on Mt. Aso???

I think I'm going insane, but I just raced in a "dirty shuffle" room on a randomly-generated Mt. Aso track. Strangely, when the track loaded up, it was RAINING.

I looked at the tracks official name and it doesn't say "weather change" or anything for Mt. Aso.
Also, there was no standing water indicator like on other post spec-2 "weather change" tracks.

Has anyone else come across this? Or am I just crazy?

Someone I was racing with yesterday, said that he had raced in the rain at Mt. Aso as well. Maybe this is a glitch like the snow on Nurburgring, that was mentioned a few months ago.

In the new seasonal event of FGT the last track has a water indicator. So it probably has weather

Eifel is a known weather change track though. Mt. Aso isn't.
