Weather on the way?

Take a look at this photo taken during a T10 studio tour over on Jalopnik. The post's author, Sam Smith, mentions there's something interesting about this picture, and if you click to enlarge and look along the bottom two rows you'll clearly notice a series of concept stills with rain effects!

My brother and I can't see T10 adding weather effects as a patch or DLC (too big a file), but who knows? At least we know they're definitely thinking about it, if not for FM3 then perhaps for FM4.

EDIT: Could be the next PGR though, the pics dont have the FM3 tag...

Looks like its confirmed that Forza 4 will NOT have weather or night racing. :(

Forza Motorsport includes alternate times of day for a small number of environments, but those alternates do not include dark night or weather effects.
