You can use 'templates', like with Powerpoint documents etc? Pre-made stuff you can just insert into the code.

Don't ask me, I'm only a HTML designer, and an amatuer at that. Just trying to explain it better.

Like for me my favorite place to go to for a layout (When i'm tp lazy to look for one) is daydreamgraphics.com this is basically just has a bunch of anime layouts.

I think that you can apply that javascript to any template as well.

All I did for mine was take the maintitle (e.g. the blue bar here) graphic and put nowflakes on it. Then I made a snowy background. There are a few snow/ice crystal filters for PS7 that I found, too, and if I can find where I got them from I'll post the link.
